Reservations & Payments
- All reservations are subject to availability.
- Advance payment may be required to confirm a booking.
- Room rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Government taxes and applicable charges will be added as per prevailing regulations.
Check-In & Check-Out
- Standard Check-In Time: 2:00 PM
- Standard Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation policies may vary depending on the package and booking type.
- Any applicable refund will be processed as per the cancellation policy communicated at the time of booking.
- No-shows may result in retention of the booking amount.
Guest Responsibility
- Guests are responsible for maintaining the condition of resort property during their stay.
- Any damage caused to resort property may be charged to the guest.
- Guests are expected to respect the privacy and comfort of other guests.
Spa & Wellness Services
- Spa appointments are subject to availability and prior booking.
- Guests should inform the spa team of any medical conditions before treatments.
- The resort is not responsible for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed health conditions.
Jungle Safari & Nature Trekking
- Safari and trekking activities are subject to weather conditions, government regulations, and availability.
- Participation in outdoor activities is at the guest’s own risk.
- The resort acts only as a facilitator for safari bookings and cannot guarantee wildlife sightings.
Safety & Security
- Guests are advised to keep valuables secure at all times.
- The resort will not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
- Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.
Force Majeure
The resort shall not be held liable for any delay, cancellation, or interruption caused by circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
